- 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 Pound Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
- 4.5 Ounces canned sliced mushrooms drained
- 1 Cup tomatoes diced
- 1/3 Cup green onions sliced
- 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese grated

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and cook sausage until browned. Drain on a plate with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, macaroni and cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions. Spoon mixture into prepared casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
- Stir and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
