Sausage Breakfast Flatbread
Sausage and eggs make this flatbread breakfast-ready.
Ingredients
- 13.8 Ounces refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1 Pound Owens Original Pork Sausage Roll
- 8 Ounces mushrooms sliced
- 1 Cup tomato diced
- 2 Cups pizza blend cheese shredded
- 4 Large eggs

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Unroll dough and press into a 12" circle on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Fold edge over 1/2" to make a thick crust.
- Crumble and cook sausage and mushrooms in medium skillet until browned. Drain on paper towels.
- Spread sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes over crust. Top with shredded cheese.
- In small bowl, whisk eggs until well combined and pour over pizza.
- Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is brown.
