Sausage Con Queso Dip
All you need are three ingredients -- our Zesty Pork Sausage, cheese and salsa -- to make this warm and bubbly dip.

- 1 Pound Bob Evans Zesty Hot Pork Sausage Roll
- 16 Ounces pasteurized cheese product cut into cubes
- 16 Ounces salsa (can substitute with 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chiles)

- Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels then return sausage to saucepan.
- Add cut cheese cubes to sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
- Stir in salsa.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
