Football Party Chili Dip
Set a bowl of this spicy and super delicious chili dip recipe at your table in time for kick off. Pair it with chips for some MVP dipping action!
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Owens Hot Pork Sausage
- 1 Cup celery diced
- 1 Cup onion diced
- 16 Ounces baked beans
- 1 Cup barbeque sauce
- 1 3/4 Cups tomatoes diced
- 1 1/4 Teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 Dashes hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded, to serve
- 1/3 Cup sour cream to serve
- 1/4 Cup green onions diced, to serve
- Tortilla chips to serve

- Crumble and cook sausage in a large skillet or soup pot, over medium-high heat until browned. Drain sausage.
- Add celery and onion to sausage and continue to cook over medium heat until vegetables are slightly tender and sausage is no longer pink.
- Add baked beans, barbecue sauce and mix well.
- Add tomatoes, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper to mixture. Simmer together for 5 to 10 minutes and serve in a large bowl.
- Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream and diced green onions on top, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
