Breakfast in 15 Minutes
This quick skillet breakfast is a delicious favorite for everyone...make it for someone you love!
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 Cup fully cooked ham cubed
- 1 Cup onions chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 Ounces Bob Evans Better’n Eggs Liquid Egg Substitute – 32 Ounces
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1 Cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Bunch green onions sliced

- In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, ham and onions. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir together Bob Evans Better'n Eggs Liquid Egg and milk in medium bowl; pour into skillet. Reduce heat to medium; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion if desired.
