Rosemary Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
- 20 Ounces Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes
- 1/2 bell pepper diced
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 1-2 Sprigs rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 Teaspon salt
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese shredded

- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Combine in a large bowl bell pepper, onion, Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes, rosemary, chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic, and half of your parmesan cheese.

- When fully cooked, sprinkle remaining parmesan on top and serve.
