Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

- 48 Ounces Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup sour cream
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Ounce ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
- 2 Cups mild cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 Cups cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 celery rib fine diced
- 2 scallions sliced

- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions. Allow to cool.
