Dark Chocolate Fudgy Cookies
No holiday is complete without some fudge(y cookies). Simple to make and utterly delicious, you'll make these again and again.
Ingredients
- 3 Cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 Cup Dutch process cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons blanched almond flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 Cup Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Cups dark chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa, almond flour, and salt in a bowl. Add liquid egg white and vanilla, stirring until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until edges look dry.
- Let cool on pans for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. Dust with additional powdered sugar, if desired.
