Ingredients

  • 1 Package Bob Evans Original Pork Sausage Links
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 7 Slices provolone cheese
  • 7 Hawaiian sweet mini sub rolls
  • 3 Tablespoons garlic and herb butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook sausage links according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, cook onion and bell pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender.
  4. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds longer.
  5. Arrange cheese slices in mini sub rolls on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are toasted.
  6. Fill toasted rolls with 2 sausage links each and desired amount of onion mixture. Brush with melted garlic and herb butter.
