Sausage Tortilla Breakfast Bake
Feed the whole family a filling breakfast with this sausage tortilla breakfast bake recipe by Mom Life and Monique. Made with Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage, cheese, tortillas and spinach, it’s a filling breakfast dish.
Ingredients
- 1 12-inch flour tortilla
- 1 Cup Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
- ½ Package Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
- ½ Cup cheese shredded
- 1 Cup spinach

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease the bottom of a round baking dish (such as a pie plate or cake pan) and then place the tortilla inside.
- Add Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites, uncooked Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage, shredded cheese and spinach to the tortilla. Mix well.
- Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on it to prevent it from overcooking.
- Once it’s cooked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool. Once it’s cool, cut it into four slices. Then enjoy!
To shorten the bake time, you can cook the sausage first. Then add the cooked sausage and the remaining ingredients to the tortilla. You can save about two minutes of baking time doing it this way.
