  1. Remove the Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese from the refrigerator and mix it with a spoon.
  2. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out balls of the macaroni and cheese. Place the macaroni balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for 30 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk two eggs to create an egg wash. In another bowl, add bread crumbs.
  4. Take each macaroni ball, dip it into the egg wash, then transfer it to the bowl of bread crumbs, rolling it to cover the surface evenly. For an extra crunchy crust repeat this process once more.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF, and grease the basket.
  6. Place the bread crumb-covered macaroni balls into the greased air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool and Enjoy!
