- 40 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1 Large egg lightly beaten
- 16 Ounces cubed ham
- 1 Cup frozen peas
- 1/2 Cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine macaroni and cheese, shredded cheeses, and beaten egg in a large bowl. Stir in ham and peas. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
