Mini Buffalo-Style Macaroni & Cheese Cups

Ingredients
- 20 Ounces Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 2 Ounces crescent roll dough
- 2 to 4 Tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
- Blue cheese for garnish
- Green onions for garnish

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- Unroll crescent roll dough. Firmly press seams to seal into large rectangles.
- Cut dough into 3 inch squares. Gently press squares into mini muffin cups. Using a fork, gently prick the bottom and sides of the dough.
- Place muffin pan in oven and bake for 12- 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Prepare Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese per packaging instructions.
- Carefully mix hot sauce with macaroni and cheese. Spoon macaroni and cheese mixture into the muffin cups.
- Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Serve warm.
