Candied Pecans

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 Pound pecan halves
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar packed
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground nutmeg

- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Beat liquid egg white in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Gently stir in vanilla. Add pecan halves, stirring to coat.
- Stir together sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add coated pecans, stirring until coated with sugar mixture.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
