Ingredients

  • 14 Ounces Bob Evans Tasteful Sides Sliced Glazed Apples
  • 1⁄2 Cup raisins
  • 1⁄2 Cup cranberries
  • 17.3 Ounces frozen puff pastery thawed
  • 1⁄4 Cup caramel dip
  • 1 Large egg lightly beaten
  • 1⁄2 Cup butter melted
  • 1⁄2 Cup packed brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 48 Ounces vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Stir together Bob Evans® apples, raisins, and cranberries in a bowl.
  3. Unfold pastries and roll each into a 12-inch square.
  4. Cut each pastry into 6 (4- x 6-inch) rectangles.
  5. Divide apple mixture among centers of each pastry square.
  6. Top each with about 1 teaspoon of caramel dip.
  7. Brush edges of pastry with beaten egg.
  8. Bring edges of pastry up, sealing edges and twisting top of pastry to completely enclose filling.
  9. Place filled pastries in a lightly greased 21⁄2-quart baking dish.
  10. Stir together melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; brush over pastry bundles.
  11. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until pastries are deep golden brown.
  12. Remove, cool and serve with ice cream.
