Ingredients
- 2 strips of bacon
- 20 Ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 Cup mild cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 eggs
- 2 croissants cut in half

- Cook the bacon and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
- Cook the Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns in a skillet or on a grill according to the package. Once they start to get golden brown, form them into a round shape and add the cheese to get them to stick together. Cook the hash browns and cheese for a few minutes and set aside.
- In the meantime, cook your eggs to your liking (such as scrambled or fried).
