Easy Mexican Breakfast Cups

Ingredients
- 1 Carton Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
- 3-5 small peppers
- 1 Carton Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
- 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 Cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salsa (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray mini muffin tins. Cook sausage and peppers.
- Transfer ingredients to a mixing bowl and add Bob Evans Egg Whites, taco seasoning, cheese, peppers, salt and pepper.
