Bob Evans Macaroni & CheeseInstructions
- Place the Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese container in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Once frozen, use a 3-inch ring mold to cut two frozen macaroni & cheese circles. These will act as your burger "buns".
- In a medium-sized frying pan, heat oil to 350ºF.
- Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a small bowl to create an egg wash. Add bread crumbs to a separate bowl.
- Dip each macaroni & cheese bun into the egg wash, then cover it in bread crumbs.
- Gently place the coated buns into the hot oil and fry for about 4 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Once fried, set them aside to cool slightly.
- While the macaroni & cheese buns cool, cook the beef patty in a medium-sized pan to your desired level of doneness.
- To assemble the burger, place one macaroni & cheese bun on a plate. Top it with mustard, the cooked beef patty and pepper jack cheese. Finally, place the second macaroni & cheese bun on top to complete the burger. Enjoy!
