Hash Brown Meatloaf
This homestyle recipe tops everybody's list for favorite comfort foods.
Ingredients
- 1 Package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 3 Pounds lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 Cups onion chopped
- 2 Cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 2 Teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups ketchup

- Heat oven to 375 F.
- In large bowl combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup ketchup. Mix well, using hands if necessary. Divide mixture evenly into two 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pans. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
- Bake 70 to 75 minutes or until center of meatloaf reaches 160 F. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
