Herbed Sausage Balls
Featuring delicious Bob Evans® herbed sausage, these bitesize meatballs are quick to whip up, big on flavor and a sure hit—at breakfast, dinnertime or a party. Bring out the (Bob) meatballs!
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup onion finely chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Package Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
- 6 Ounces savory herbs stuffing mix
- 8 Ounces Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1/2 Cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 Cup Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces
- 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary minced
- 1/2 Tablespoon fresh thyme minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook onion and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until onion is tender. Spoon into a large bowl; let cool 10 minutes.
- Add uncooked sausage, stuffing mix, cheeses, egg whites, rosemary, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Shape mixture into 2-inch balls and place on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and done.
