Italian Sausage Alfredo Pasta
Our Italian Sausage mixed with frozen vegetables makes this variation of a well-loved recipe as unique as it is delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 Package Bob Evans Italian Pork Sausage Roll
- 1/4 Cup water
- 8 Ounces fettuccine
- 16 Ounces Alfredo pasta sauce
- 10 Ounces frozen peas and carrots thawed
- 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Tablespoon parsley chopped

- Pinch Italian sausage and shape into about 36 meatballs.
- Lightly spray large skillet with non stick spray and heat meatballs over medium high heat for 1 minute per side until lightly browned on each side.
- Add water and cover with a tightly fitting lid and allow to steam for 8 – 10 minutes until meatballs are fully cooked and have reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
- Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- When sausage is cooked, add Alfredo sauce, peas and carrots. Cook until vegetables are hot.
- Serve sauce over fettuccine. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
