Mac and Cheese Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 Package Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1/2 Cup onion diced
- 1 Large celery stalk diced
- 2/3 Cup frozen peas
- 1 Can tuna drained
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 Cup butter crackers crushed
- 1 Tablespoon butter melted

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cheese, crushed crackers, and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Set aside.
- In a nonstick skillet, cook onion and celery in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.
- Stir in peas and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Gently stir in Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese and tuna. Transfer mixture to a greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Top with crumb topping and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
