Mac ‘n Cheese Waffles

- 1 Package Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- Sour cream to serve (optional)
- Ketchup to serve (optional)

- Preheat waffle iron.
- Combine Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese and flour. Add eggs, stir until well combined. Fold in cheese.
- Brush waffle iron with oil and pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto the waffle iron (amount will vary based on waffle iron size). Cook 5-6 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm with sour cream or ketchup.
