Protein Banana Pancakes
This 3-Ingredient Protein Pancake recipe is perfect for those busy mornings when you need to whip breakfast together. Just mash, mix, and munch!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites – 16 Ounces

- In a bowl, mash banana. Mix protein powder into mashed banana. Add Bob Evans 100% Liquid Egg Whites to mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side until browned.
- Place finished pancakes onto a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Plate and devour! Or let cool, grab it and go.
