Ingredients

  • 5.8 Ounces vegetable flavor rice mix
  • 1 Pound Bob Evans Zesty Hot Pork Sausage Roll
  • 16 Ounces frozen green, red, and yellow peppers and onions
  • 1 Cup celery chopped
  • 10.5 Ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Colby cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions. Transfer to large bowl.
  3. In medium skillet, cook and crumble sausage until brown.
  4. Stir sausage, vegetables, soup, milk, salt and pepper into cooked rice; mix well.
  5. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered, 40 minutes or until heated through, serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
