Sausage Shepherd’s Pie
Our Original Pork Sausage and Original Mashed Potatoes make this a down-home classic for any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Owens Original Pork Sausage Roll
- 12 Ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 Cup frozen diced onions
- 6 Ounces beef gravy
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Package Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes Single Serve
- 1/2 Cup shredded cheese (optional)

- Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly spray 2-quart casserole dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble Owens Original Pork Sausage until brown.
- Mix in frozen mixed vegetables, onions, beef gravy, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper
- Pour sausage mixture into the casserole dish, top with the Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and pie is bubbling hot.
