Ingredients

  • 1 Package Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
  • 16 Ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 Cups pepper Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 Cup pico de gallo drained
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 11 Ounces tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain, if needed, and return to skillet.
  3. Add cream cheese, and cook over medium-low heat until cheese is melted.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cilantro. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1½-quart baking dish.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortlla chips.

Garnish dip with sliced jalapeño peppers and fresh cilantro leaves, if on hand.
