Shepherd’s Pie Hash Brown Bake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
- 1 Cup onion chopped
- 0.87 Ounces brown gravy mix (one envelope)
- 1 Cup beef broth
- 1 Package Bob Evans Green Beans with Herb Butter Sauce
- 12 Ounces whole kernel corn frozen
- 1 Package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions minced

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Add gravy mix and broth; bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer until mixture is thickened.
- Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 3-quart baking dish. Top beef mixture with green beans and sauce and corn.
- Stir together hash browns, cheese, mayonnaise, and green onion in a bowl until blended. Spread mixture over corn in dish.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are browned and crisp.
