Simply Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 Package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups Crystal Farms® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese divided
- 3/4 Cup chicken broth
- 1/2 Cup whipping cream
- 1/4 Cup butter

- Heat oven to 375 F. Spray 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl stir together Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, salt and pepper. Spread half of Simply Potatoes into bottom of prepared pan. Top with 1 cup cheese. Spread with remaining hash browns. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- In small bowl stir together chicken broth and cream. Pour over hash browns. Place butter pieces randomly over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
