Spicy Buffalo Sausage Dip

Ingredients
- 1 Package Bob Evans Zesty Hot Pork Sausage Roll
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 1/2 Cup thick hot pepper sauce
- 8 Ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese salad dressing
- 1/2 Cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 Teaspoon chives minced

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In medium skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until brown.
- Add onion and celery and cook until softened.
- Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
- In skillet, combine sausage mixture and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.
- In 1 1/2 quart baking dish, combine cream cheese and salad dressing. Spread mixture up sides of baking dish, and fill center with sausage mixture. Sprinkle top with Mexican blend cheese and chives.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until hot.
- Serve with celery, chips or crackers.
