Sweet Potato Casserole with Streusel Topping

Ingredients
- 2 Packages Bob Evans Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon divided
- 1⁄4 Teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 Cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄3 Cup all purpose flour
- 1⁄4 Cup butter melted
- 1 Cup chopped pecans

- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions and spoon into a large bowl.
- Add beaten eggs, honey, 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon, and nutmeg, stirring until blended. Spoon into a lightly greased 11-x 7-inch baking dish.
- Stir together brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and 1 tsp cinnamon until blended. Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until streusel is golden brown.
