Thanksgiving Leftover Panini
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup butter softened
- 8 Slices white bread
- 1 Can prepared cranberry sauce
- 8 Ounces cooked turkey breast thick sliced
- 1 Packate Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes
- 8 Ounces cooked ham thick sliced
- 1 Package stuffing prepared per package instructions
- 1 Package turkey gravy prepared and heated, for dipping

- Preheat panini grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of a slice of bread and place butter side down on clean workspace.
- On one slice spread 1 1/2 tablespoons cranberry sauce and place slices turkey.
- On other slice of bread spread 1/4 cup Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes. Place slices of ham and 1/4 cup stuffing.
- Carefully put two slices together and place sandwich on the panini press or skillet. Heat for 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
- Serve with warmed turkey gravy for dipping.
Other ideas for sassing up cranberry sauce:
1) Mix together 1 block of cream cheese with 1/2 cup cranberry sauce and spread on slice of bread instead of plain cranberry sauce.
2) Mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cranberry sauce and 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard and spread on slice of bread instead of plain cranberry sauce.
