- 24 Ounces Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes
- 8 Ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 Cup shredded, Cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup shredded, Parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon Ranch dressing mix

- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Heat Bob Evans® potatoes according to package directions and spoon into a large bowl; add all remaining ingredients, stirring until blended.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish.

- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if on hand.
